Silicone powder (KSP series) can be incorporated into the aqueous phase by preparing a dispersion with a high HLB surfactant and water or ethanol, then adding it to the emulsion. We recommend using our polyether-modified silicone KF-6011 (HLB 14.5).
Additionally, we offer KM-440, a highly concentrated aqueous dispersion of alkyl-modified silicone rubber powder that provides an extremely soft feel.
