A copolymer of poly-norbornene, a very hard polymer, with silicone groups introduced, forming a hard film with flexibility.
It has good drawability and excellent adhesion to eyelashes, etc., and when dry, it forms a non-sticky, smooth film. It exhibits excellent oil and water repellency and can impart high long-lasting effects to cosmetics.
