This gel is made from silicone cross-linking agents cross-linked with polyglycerin chains that are swollen in silicone fluids.
It is a W/O emulsifier with high water retention and a soft, moist feel. Like polyether modified gels, it can also be used to prepare W/O creams with a high internal water phase.
