Vinyl Silane
Vinyl silane coupling agent is a silane coupling agent with vinyl groups as functional groups. It can be used as a water cross-linked polyethylene, dehydrating agent, and surface treatment agent.
Water Cross-linked Polyethylene
Introduction of a vinyl silane coupling agent into polyethylene and hydrolytic condensation improves thermal, chemical, mechanical, and restorative properties.
Use as a Dehydrating Agent
Vinylsilane is highly hydrolyzable and reacts quickly with water. Taking advantage of this characteristic, vinylsilane is used as a dehydrating agent in adhesive compositions.
Use as a Surface Treatment Agent
By treating inorganic fillers with vinylsilane, the surface of the inorganic filler can be made hydrophobic.
