This product can be mixed with materials that were previously unmixable with aminosilane.
Improved stability of compositions (epoxy, acrylic, isocyanate) and adhesion can be expected.

Product Information

Because this silane coupling agent protects the functional groups, it can also be mixed with materials that have been impossible to mix until now. Adhesion improvement can also be expected.

Application Data (Mixing Stability with Isocyanate Compounds)

KBM-803 progresses the urethanation reaction with isocyanate compound, while X-12-1056ES does not progress the urethanation reaction due to the protection of mercapto group by silyl group, and has good mixing stability.

KBE-9103P reacts with isocyanate compounds by imine-enamine tautomerism, resulting in enamine structure.
X-12-1172ES has good mixing stability because it does not tautomerize.
