What is the difference between the pre-filler method and the integral blend method?
In general, in the pretreatment method, the inorganic filler is treated first and then kneaded into the organic material. In the integral blend method, the inorganic filler, resin, and silane are added simultaneously without pretreatment. In the integral blend method, the silane itself may volatilize during heat treatment immediately after kneading. It is recommended to heat it after a curing period.
