KE-2097-A/B Series

KE-2097-A/B series is suitable for various silicone rubber components in the food industry because it complies with FDA and Japanese Food Sanitation Act. It is a self-adhesive LIMS (liquid silicone rubber injection moulding system) that allows for integrated molding with resin and improves productivity.

Features

It's self-adhesive type, so you don't need any primers or glues.
It is suitable for food contact applications.
The process can be automated by injection molding.
Hardness (durometer A) 30 to 60 is available.
It can save energy without the need for post cure.

Applications

Packing for food storage containers such as lunch boxes and water bottles.
